The Pantry is open Friday from 8:30am to Noon.
Welcome to Belmont! The Belmont Food pantry is the largest food pantry in the City of Richmond. Neighbors can use the drive-thru or walk-up tent to receive food.
We are located behind Belmont UMC at 3510 Broad Rock Blvd, Richmond, VA 23234.
You can use our drive-thru (stay in your vehicle) or walk-up tent (park in the church parking lot) to receive food. Volunteers will greet you every step of the way!
If you have a Feed More/Link2Feed card please provide it to our volunteers and they will check you in. If you do not have a card, volunteers will help you complete an application. Please have some form of ID in hand for registration.
We provide over 10 lbs. of food per person in the household per visit. Meat, produce, prepared foods, nonperishable foods, bread, and dessert are often included. Items vary from week to week depending on donations.
If you want to shop in our free store, The Closet at Belmont, we ask that you park in the parking lot and sign-in at the registration tent.
Tips For Our New Neighbors -
On Fridays, our carline begins to form as early as 7 am. There is no need to arrive this early as we do not typically run out of food before 11:30 am. If you are planning to shop in The Closet, a lottery of numbers are given out to those who arrive before 8 am.
Follow the signs as you enter the parking lot from Broad Rock Blvd. They will direct you to the carline or the registration tent. We look forward to seeing you at Belmont!

Welcome to The Closet at Belmont, where you can shop at no cost to you. Here you can find clothing, shoes, housewares, small appliances, some under garments, hygiene items, toys, travel bags/backpacks and other household items.
How to shop in The Closet on Fridays:
Please park in the parking lot next to the church and ask a volunteer for a “Closet Card”.
Please go to The Closet first before receiving food.
Present The Closet volunteer with your card and they will give you your numbered bag. When your number is called, you will be the next person to shop.
