When do we need volunteers? You can use the sign up button above to view our calendar.  Volunteers are on site Tuesday through Friday mornings.  We do have office volunteer opportunities on Mondays but volunteers call/text the office at 804-868-8434 to see what projects are available.

What to wear: Please wear seasonal clothing that you are willing to get dirty with closed toe shoes. Belmont is mostly outside; however, we are able to accommodate other volunteer needs. 

Feel free to bring a water bottle; however, we do provide cold drinks in our volunteer fridge. 

When you arrive: We would love to give you a tour before giving you training and a position. 
What will you be doing? Helping The Closet at Belmont team; unloading, sorting, packing, and distributing food; recycling, setup, and clean up.
